Therefore, I already installed the Fitbit app on my Android phone. I managed to add the Ionic and it is working fine with my phone.

But now I want to put music on my Ionic, and apparently you cannot do this with a phone, you need the desktop version. I have a recent laptop with Win10 with the desktop app on it. But the ionic wasn’t showing up, and since it mentioned Bluetooth issues a lot, I uninstalled the app in order to re-install it with the last updated version. What a big mistake. troubles!

In addition to being unable to open on Windows 10 Mobile smartphones, the Fitbit app also seems to be stuck in a continuous update loop which is resulting in recurring error messages on devices about a failed app update. The app’s page in the Microsoft Store is even displaying a reinstall button instead of an open or update one which suggests that this update has somehow corrupted the app’s code.
